What You'll Be Driving

Lead Financial Strategy

: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Deliver Insightful Reporting

: Present monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.

Partner with Leadership

: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide financial decisions.

Model the Future

: Build dynamic financial models and conduct scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.

Elevate FP&A

: Continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Inspire and Mentor

: Lead junior finance staff and foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Bring

A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred

5+ years' experience in FP&A or corporate finance

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools and ERP experience a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
