Hours :

Full-time, Sunday to Thursday roster.

Eligibility : Applicants for this position must have the legal right to work in NZ and consent to undergo a NZ Police Vetting Process - this process will take up to 20 working days to complete.

About the role | Mo te tunga

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our

team in Northland, based in the Whangarei station,

to help support people affected by crime and traumatic events in our community.

Your day to day could look like

emotional support and practical assistance with support plans

supporting clients to understand and access resources and clients' rights

providing guidance through the justice system, and safety planning of whanau and property

connecting with local support services and counselling services where needed
