As part of the global VINCI Group, we combine local expertise with international strength.Reporting to the Tenders Manager, you will be responsible for : Leading the full tender and submission lifecycle from inception through to submission for multidisciplinary bids ranging from $50M-$200M+ in value.Overseeing and crafting the Non-Price Attributes of strategic proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.Driving the development of compelling, high-quality submissions that reflect competitive positioning and strategic intent.Managing stakeholder engagement across business units, subject matter experts, and senior leaders.Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the submissions function to secure profitable work.Where required, rolling up the sleeves and writing compelling content to support tender submissions.About youTo excel in this role, you will bring : Proven experience in submission management, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or related industries.Deep understanding of bid strategy, competitive positioning, and stakeholder management.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into persuasive content.Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.A proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tools and systems.What We OfferJoining HEB Construction means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive team where your expertise will be valued and your career can flourish.
