About the role :

We’re seeking a skilled Anaesthetic Technician or RN Anaesthetic Assistant to join our dedicated theatre team and help us deliver safe, high-quality patient care. This is a 0.5 or 0.6 FTE position, rostered across 5-6 days per fortnight. Most shifts are 8 - 10 hours with earliest start at 7.00 am. We’re flexible on a start date, so it could be ASAP or early 2026.

You’ll work closely with Anaesthetists, surgeons, nursing staff, and the wider perioperative team to ensure our anaesthetic services are delivered safely and effectively. Your responsibilities will include :

• Preparing and maintaining anaesthetic equipment and supplies
• Assisting with the induction, maintenance, and emergence from anaesthesia
• Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Supporting emergency responses when required
• Ensuring documentation and compliance with relevant policies and standards
