Job Description

Hall’s is on a mission to be the first choice for cold chain solutions, and a seamless digital experience is at the heart of that vision. We’re looking for an Integration Lead to help us build the backbone of this experience – designing and delivering data-driven, API-first solutions that evolve with new technologies. In this hands-on role, you’ll shape our integration strategy and ensure every connection – whether through APIs, microservices, or customer EDI integrations – supports a scalable, future-ready platform.

You’ll be the kind of person who thinks strategically but thrives in the details. From driving integration projects to introducing modern engineering practices like CI / CD pipelines, automation, and clear documentation, you’ll be central to building a connected ecosystem that enables growth and delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver integration projects, especially customer EDI connections.
• Design and build API-driven and microservices solutions.
• Introduce modern DevOps and CI / CD practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Document systems, processes, and integrations as you go to create clear, reusable knowledge.
• Work hands-on with integration tools, APIs, automation, and data flows.
• Explain solutions in clear, simple language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and maintain integration standards and processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers to deliver smooth, reliable EDI integrations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to get things done.
