Hospitality is all about people, and ours are at the heart of everything we do. As Duty Manager, you'll be helping create those memorable moments that keep our guests coming back. You'll work alongside a passionate, fun crew who love what they do – and who know how to balance hard work with good laughs.

We're not looking for perfection – just great people who bring the right attitude. Here's what helps :

You've got at least 2 years' hospitality experience (though we'll back you with full training)

A current Duty Managers certificate is preferred

You're available to work weekends and some evenings

You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

You've got an interest in wine (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker)

Most importantly, you've got a positive attitude and a genuine love for creating awesome customer experiences
