This remote role is ideal for a mid‑level professional based in New Zealand who is passionate about content creation and digital engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the brand’s voice, curating engaging content, and managing daily interactions across social platforms. This is a single project with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance and results.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the brand’s identity and target audience.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high‑quality posts across key social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, fostering a positive and active community.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to the ecommerce and stationery sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
  • Must be based in New Zealand and available for remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
