Wildlife Manager - Immediate start

Kiwi Park is a family‑owned conservation sanctuary dedicated to wildlife care, species management, and impactful conservation storytelling. As we celebrate 40 years in February, it’s an incredibly exciting time to join the team. With several major projects underway and a renewed focus on long‑term conservation planning, we’re entering one of the most dynamic phases in our history. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wildlife Manager to lead our animal care and conservation engagement teams.

Position Overview

This leadership role oversees a team of 10–15 staff across two core areas :

• Wildlife Team – animal husbandry, species management, and facility care
• Conservation Show Team – staff training, daily presentations, and public engagement

You’ll ensure high standards of animal welfare, staff leadership, operational excellence, and strategic delivery in alignment with Kiwi Park’s Master Plan.
