Job descriptionDeliver quality civil projects within time, budget, and client satisfaction Provide specialised technical advice as appropriate Manage and motivate effective project teams and subcontractors Champion health and safety Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, or related experience through years of work Experience managing water, pump stations, treatment plants, utilities, roading, deep trenching, and other civil construction projects Previous work on NZTA projects is beneficial Good interpersonal and communication skills Financial acumen to deliver projects within budget Experience managing a diverse team and a range of projects @rbrecruitment.co.nz and ensure you have the right to work in New Zealand and are in the country at the time of application. A pre‑employment drug test may be required.
Overview
Being an experienced and motivated project manager, you will take ownership of project outcomes to ensure they are delivered safely, successfully, and with a focus on service and quality. You will provide senior leadership across several exciting civil construction projects in a supportive team environment in Otago.
