Build To Rent Manager

About the Role

You'll be the key point of contact for our Build to Rent clients, ensuring their properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional care.

This hands-on role combines facilities oversight, client relationship management, and leadership of a team of Tenancy and Property Managers.

From coordinating maintenance and inspections to ensuring compliance, rent collection, and reporting accuracy, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the high standards expected of Crockers and our clients.

You'll also provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of each complex / portfolio and a great experience for residents.

What we are looking for

We're looking for someone who brings both people leadership and practical property experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll have :

Strong property or facilities management experience, ideally within a residential or Build to Rent environment

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients, residents, and contractors

Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support a small team

Sound knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, reporting, and compliance requirements

Great organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for service excellence
