The Maintenance Supervisor role is responsible for the overall delivery of maintenance activities to ensure all treatment plant equipment are in an optimal state of repair and operate as per their purpose. You are also responsible for contractual, technical engineering and project management activities to deliver maintenance activities with contractors and internal staff to ensure the meeting of the role and department’s purpose.

You have the ability to assess and assimilate a wide range of information and consolidate a position or assessment effectively. A self-starter with an ability to work with a high degree of autonomy you have the working knowledge to organise resources, establish priorities and meet deadlines through balancing commitments and priorities. You are able to effectively demonstrate flexibility and an ability to handle stress and pressure with strong communication, people management, teamwork and coaching skills. You are self motivated, enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a desire for excellent customer service. You have a commercial focus and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients and customers.
