Job descriptionAzure– Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Platform Development – Collaborate on new features and infrastructure enhancements. Improve platform capability through automation, standardisation, and self-service. Issue Resolution – Diagnose and resolve platform issues, perform root cause analysis, manage incidents, and keep stakeholders informed. Documentation – Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation. Performance Optimisation – Continuously evaluate platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. Experience as a Cloud Engineer Solid understanding of Azure networking, PaaS, and monitoring tools Good knowledge of Azure security best practice Confident with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) Experience building and supporting CI / CD pipelines Skilled in scripting and automation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Collaborative and proactive in sharing knowledge across teams @evolverecruitment.co.nz
