Manager Opportunity in Perth!

Are you passionate about creating welcoming communities for older people? We’re looking for a dedicated Manager to lead the retirement housing with meals service, at Quayside Court in Perth , ensuring tenants enjoy a safe, comfortable, and vibrant living environment.

The Role :

In this rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for :

• Delivering high-quality tenancy and property management , ensuring tenants feel secure and well-supported in their homes.
• Overseeing a flexible, freshly prepared meals service that offers great taste, nutritional value, and excellent value for money.
• Creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere in communal areas , encouraging tenant engagement and making spaces inviting for both residents and visitors.
• Maintaining high standards across individual properties and shared facilities , in line with our Housing and Care Services Operational and Property Services Manuals.

Hours : 30 per week (Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm)

Contract : The post is offered on a job share basis, for 6 months in the first instance.
