OverviewWe are looking for an EAP Psychologist to join Habit Health and provide confidential, short-term psychological support to employees across Aotearoa.Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence-based psychological interventions in a goal-focused EAP framework.Support individuals and teams to navigate life and workplace challenges.Collaborate with organisations to promote mental wellbeing, resilience and high performance.Contribute to innovative wellbeing initiatives, including hormonal health, trauma-informed care, and preventative solutions.BenefitsMarket-competitive salary and monthly bonus scheme.Relocation support if moving for the role.Clinical supervision and annual budget for professional development.Permanent full-time / part-time role with clear career progression.Team culture with social events and well-being initiatives.Ideal CandidateMA, PG Dip, DClin or similar qualification in psychology.Registration with New Zealand Psychologists Board (Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist) and current APC.Membership with a recognised professional body (NZ College of Clinical Psychologists or NZ Psychologist Society).

Minimum 3 years post-registration clinical experience (EAP, counselling, or mental health settings preferred).
