Overview
We are looking for a responsible, friendly and highly motivated person with a great team attitude to join our busy Bakery team in a full-time role. No two days will be the same! Our Bakery team produces high quality products, including specialised orders, and we have a consistent commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and the workspace are clean, safe and ready to roll for production
- Check the quality of ingredients, measure and weigh what’s needed
- Knead, cut, mix and shape dough and pastry goods
- Create our top-tier bakery products, from classics to crowd-pleasers
- Keep an eye on the oven and make sure every batch is cooked to perfection
- Manage the whole baking flow – from loading the trays to cooling fresh batches of bread, rolls and pastries
- Add the finishing touches – glaze the buns and decorate the cakes
- Safely operate machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
- Clean and prep baking trays, tins and other equipment, ready for the next round
About you
The successful candidate must have a NZ Register Level 4 qualification or at least three years’ experience as a baker.

Saturday - Wednesday, 10pm-6.30am (40 hours per week)
