Pukekohe Hill School is seeking a passionate and reflective teacher to join our Y5 & 6 team in our Māori Enrichment Classroom from the start of 2026. This is a full-time permanent position and a wonderful opportunity to teach in a setting where identity, language, and culture are celebrated every day.

We are looking for a teacher who has :

• A strong commitment to culturally responsive practice and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• A passion for engaging ākonga Māori through rich, authentic learning contexts
• High expectations for learners, with a focus on relationships, connection, and whanaungatanga
• The ability to create a classroom where every learner feels seen, valued, and supported
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn alongside others.
