Responsibilities include : Leading the end-to-end operational execution of digital marketing campaigns across programmable platforms.Strategically implementing Paid and Owned marketing efforts, including EDMs.Managing media budgets on various platforms, partners, and channels with precision and accountability.Championing digital media activation, reporting, and automation using advanced technology platforms.Inspiring and coaching junior team members to achieve Together\'s high standards.Fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.Experience requiredAt least 3 years of experience in Digital / Programmable media across all aspects of digital, including Ad Tech tools and systems.Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.Proven experience managing and leading Performance clients.Capability to meet deadlines with high accuracy and accountability.What Together offers youWe support our people personally and professionally so they can do the best work of their careers at Together; whether that's cultural events, sporting teams or personal coaching, we want Together to be a place of personal and professional growth.
