About The Role
Join our team as a Finance and Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our internal accounts payable function and the wider finance team. It is well suited to someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Assistant to manage creditor payments and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. You will handle monthly payment schedules, reconcile statements and maintain up-to-date data across Business Central and Document Capture systems. The role also includes processing client trust transactions, disbursements, and expense claims while supporting automation improvements within the finance team. Flexibility is key, as you may assist with ad hoc tasks and provide cover for team members when required.
