About the Role
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be at the centre of the company’s growth strategy. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution – from integrated campaigns and CRM comms to events and co-marketing with partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Content, and Sales to keep the brand top-of-mind across Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, paid, social, PR, and content
- Design and manage CRM / HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and customer comms
- Build and execute an annual events and activations calendar (trade shows, conferences, roadshows)
- Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key partners (OEMs, fleets, energy providers, installers)
- Own campaign and event measurement, reporting outcomes to leadership
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies
What We’re Looking For
6+ years in marketing (campaigns, events, partnerships or CRM), ideally in tech, sustainability, automotive or energyProven success running end-to-end integrated campaigns with HubSpot experienceStrong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating partnerships and managing budgetsExcellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns at onceCollaborative and hands-on approach, with great stakeholder management skillsA balance of creativity and data-driven thinkingWhy Join
