Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the hotel
  • Take initiative on ways to improve service
  • Ensure public areas are well kept and tidy
  • Assist with the transport of guests to and from the terminal (if able)
  • Communicate requests to departments promptly
  • Customer service oriented
  • Upsell reservations / packages and actively promote our loyalty program

Qualifications

  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work weekends and a variety of shifts
  • Detail-oriented, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and care in all tasks
  • An exceptional communicator, with proven skills both in person and over the phone
  • Guest-focused, able to anticipate needs and respond with genuine care and empathy
  • Experienced with Property Management Systems (PMS), confidently managing check-ins and guest records
  • Skilled in handling payments, including EDC processing and daily reconciliation
