Position Overview

The Night Auditor ensures the smooth and secure overnight operation of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service while managing front desk duties and completing the nightly audit process.

This role supports our commitment to creating experiences that escape the ordinary.

This is a part time role covering a minimum of 4 days (34 hours a week).

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests.

Efficiently manage check-in / check-out and process guest transactions.

Complete the night audit and reconcile daily revenue accurately.

Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests and complaints.

Maintain communication with the Night Manager and other departments.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in front office or night audit roles (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have a full drivers license, managers certificate and NZ work rights.

Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
