We're looking for a flexible, hands-on Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer to help us deliver exceptional projects—from land development to three waters infrastructure—across.

Responsibilities

Land development projects from small scale residential developments through to large 400-lot plus greenfield developments

Designing civil infrastructure (stormwater, wastewater, water supply, roading, earthworks)

Managing and contributing to projects across scales and sector

Collaborating with planners, modellers, engineers, and scientists

Supporting and mentoring others in a people-first, purpose-led culture

Building relationships with clients and partners

Location

Wellington (5 days per week, with flexible working options)

Who we're looking for

Intermediate (3–6 yrs) or Senior (7–13 yrs) Civil Engineer with experience in :

AutoCAD / Civil 3D | Water infrastructure | Land development | Project management

Bonus if you bring experience with HY-8, HEC-HMS, SSA, or EPANET.
