At Elle & Riley, we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associates to join our incredible Auckland team.

You would be required to work across our 4 stores in Auckland.What You'll Do : - Deliver a world-class shopping experience by providing personalised, luxury-level service to our clients.

• Share your love for fashion and cashmere by assisting customers with style advice and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment, where your contributions are valued and recognised.
• Think on your feet to solve problems and exceed customer expectations, ensuring every client leaves with a smile.
• Uphold the Elle & Riley standard of excellence in everything you do, from merchandising to customer interaction.What We're Looking For : - A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• The ability to think quickly and adapt to different situations with a positive attitude.
• A genuine love for fashion and an interest in the luxury retail space.
• Team players who are motivated, proactive, and ready to contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work approx 25 - 35 hours per week.
