Overview

Project Site Supervisor will oversee renovation works and office shifting activities.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with regulations and tender specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of renovation projects.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality workmanship.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on milestones or delays.

Coordinate office relocation, including liaison with departments and movers.

Maintain accurate project records and support smooth handover.

Qualifications

Diploma in Construction Management or related discipline.

3–5 years' experience in renovation or site supervision.

Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Singapore.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
