ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Information Listing Team Lead , you’ll guide a small team to accurately process and manage client records, ensuring data security and quality. This hands-on role combines leadership, coordination, and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly and clients satisfied. Over time, you’ll also contribute to process improvement and project-based initiatives across our Porirua operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :

• Holding Health & Safety as a core value, supporting a zero-harm and injury-free environment.
• Leading, mentoring, and monitoring your team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
• Allocating and coordinating resources to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Managing performance and addressing issues promptly and fairly.
• Managing rosters, workloads, and leave planning in coordination with your direct manager.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
• Upholding confidentiality and security in handling all client information.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

This is a Monday to Friday position (8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm, 40 hours per week), with some flexibility required.
