A healthcare technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a senior team of engineers building mission-critical backend services in Python. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of software engineering experience and a proven track record of high-quality technical leadership. The role is fully remote within the US and offers a competitive salary range of $230K to $270K plus equity incentives.
