About You

We are currently searching for a Lead Salesforce administrator who believes in making a difference and possesses the skills to enable our business strategy. You have the drive and vision to embed Salesforce into our sales team and grow the adoption of the tool by building strong relationships with the team and identifying areas of improvements to ensure Salesforce is an enabler to our sales team.

Working closely with business owners, SMEs, our Business Solutions team and wider ICT colleagues, you will be seen as a trusted business advisor and change-champion, embedding governance and streamlining annual maintenance activities related to the Salesforce solution. The role will research, design, implement, and support all Salesforce activities working with a team of local and regional experts. Using both business process and system knowledge, the role will proactively promote continuous improvement that will benefit our sales team. The role lies within our Business Solutions & Support team, within the Lead to Cash domain.

You will bring the following to the role :

  • Great sales process knowledge
  • 7 years + Salesforce administrator experience and knowledge of integration with external systems
  • Experience of maintaining governance processes across global ICT partners and customers
  • Key stakeholder management and the ability to influence your business partners

You will be confident in working with cross functional team members to design, develop, implement, and support the business.

About the role

As a Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of the Lead to Cash Domain, working alongside Salesforce and SAP experts across the value chain. You will partner with business solution and process experts to champion change. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and seek to understand the problem that is being faced to ensure any solution implemented is the right one.

  • A minimum of 7 years of Salesforce Sales cloud experience with end-to-end project implementation experience
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining governance processes across global customers
  • Business as Usual (BAU) experience with change control and ongoing release management
  • Work in global organization with various time-zones
  • Ability to travel globally, when required

We have over 150 people in the team, spread across strategic functions such as Project Delivery, Business Solutions, Operations & Service Delivery, Cyber Security and Data Analytics. At any given time, we have over 40 large digital initiatives underway spanning across a wide range of diverse and leading-edge technologies.
