We are exclusively partnering with a Tier-1 Mining Asset Owner to source an up-and-coming or experienced Project Manager / Leader to deliver a package of capital projects across this active mining operation.
You will plan and execute works to optimise the efficiency of operational assets, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This is a Monday to Friday position that requires the individual to be based or relocate to Invercargill NZ.
Accountabilities :
Manage and deliver projects safely, on time and on budget to agreed stakeholder requirementsSupport construction teams by providing technical guidance in the field during execution activitiesManage engineering partners through concept and detailed design phase, including document reviews, organising design reviews, responding to technical requests, and liaising with stakeholdersEngage and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholder groupsEnsure the Modifications & Small Project team complies with all organizational requirements, statutory legislation, and relevant internal and external standardsDevelop a detailed implementation schedule, plan, and budget for the project execution programAbout You :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (in any discipline)is seen as beneficialStrong exposure in project delivery in a brownfield environment throughout the mining, construction or heavy industrial sectorDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with an understanding of all project deliverables is a MUSTUnderstanding of the full project lifecycle stages from concept, design through to execution, commissioning and handoverEffective written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercial acumen and the ability to manage a budget and interact across business functionsBenefits :
