Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture and development of advanced Gen-AI and ML models across the enterprise.

Design scalable, secure frameworks to support AI / ML project lifecycles.

Collaborate with business units to deliver high-impact AI use cases.

Champion ethical AI use aligned with organisational values.

Mentor and guide AI / ML engineers and data scientists.

Key Skills and Experience :

Proven expertise in AI / ML architecture and implementation at an enterprise level.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and matrixed environments.

Experience defining AI roadmaps, frameworks, and ethical standards.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of AI / ML tools, trends, and industry best practices.

Strategic thinker with hands-on experience across the AI solution lifecycle.
