In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening our relationships with the financial adviser community and supporting the growth of our investment solutions.

About the Role

In this senior leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Fisher Funds' reach within the financial advisory sector.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key adviser partners, positioning Fisher Funds as the preferred Managed Investment provider, and ultimately driving Funds Under Management (FUM) growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with financial advisers, investment consultants, platform providers, and employers.

Product Promotion & Training : Deliver engaging presentations, training, and insights on Fisher Funds' investment solutions to advisory networks.

Develop and execute strategies to increase adviser adoption of Fisher Funds' products, driving business growth.

Market & Industry Insight : Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and adviser feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Leadership & Compliance : Provide strategic direction, champion best practices, and ensure all adviser communications meet regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in relationship management and business development within the financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of managed investments, financial advisory networks, and regulatory landscapes in New Zealand.

A results-driven professional with a track record in sales, product promotion, and revenue growth.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse audience.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance to refine strategies.
