What you'll do : You'll play a key role in defining and driving Genesis' enterprise and large business transformation journey — shaping the transition from legacy systems to a modern, integrated technology stack.

In this role you will partner with business, data, and technology teams to translate strategy into practical outcomes that deliver measurable value.

In this role you will; Lead end-to-end business analysis for transformation initiatives, ensuring business needs and success measures are clear and aligned.

Map and modernise systems, processes, and data flows to support the migration to Genesis' future technology platform.

Work closely with Architecture, Data, and Digital teams to define integration, API, and governance requirements.

Use agile delivery principles to refine backlogs, shape user stories, and ensure continuous alignment between business intent and technical delivery.

Support change readiness across teams, helping to ensure new tools and ways of working are successfully adopted.

What you'll bring : You'll be a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, technology-driven environments, with a passion for enabling change through insight and collaboration.

You will also have; Extensive experience as a Business Analyst leading large-scale digital transformation or modernisation programmes.

Proven strength in systems thinking, process optimisation and data mapping.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance priorities and influence effectively.

Hands-on experience with agile or hybrid delivery methods.

Experience with system or data transformation projects would be advantageous.

Experience across energy, utilities, or other regulated sectors would be preferred.
