Job descriptionRecent graduates (within the last 18 months) with a degree relevant to Figured’s business, including Accounting & Finance, Business & Commerce, Computer Science or Information Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships. A resourceful and proactive approach to problem‑solving. A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Ag‑Tech sector. A positive, can‑do attitude thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment. No prior work experience required, but a sharp mind, drive to succeed, and passion for technology and customer service are essential. 25 days of annual leave per year. Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Onboarding and educating new customers to ensure a smooth and successful start with Figured.
- Collaborating closely with Support and Product teams to resolve customer challenges and elevate key insights.
- Identifying opportunities for customers to better use Figured, driving higher engagement and renewal.
- Becoming a product expert on the Figured platform and the farming industry it serves.
