Overview

Group Director of Operations Marsden Hotel Group / Wyndham Hotels : An exciting opportunity has been created for a highly professional Resort Manager to join Marsden Lake Resort Central Otago, operated by Marsden Hotel Group.

This role would be suitable for a current strong Operations Manager or Hotel Manager with F&B exposure to step into their next role.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Area General Manager.

Be accountable for the property's performance, monitoring the quality and consistency of service and product delivery to ensure service standards are met and improved while driving sales and achieving budget expectations.

Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests.

Qualifications / Experience

Strong interpersonal skills; capable of working well in a team; flexible, hands-on manager with a positive and approachable manner.

Experience in operations leadership within hotels or resorts; F&B exposure is desirable.
