Job description

ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of in-house maintenance staffCarry out regular inspection of the Mechanical & Electrical ( M & E) services and recommend to Manager for improvement or rectification work.Obtain quotations from Mechanical & Electrical (M & E) contractors and review their job scopes and specifications.Plan preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance worksSchedule Contractors' servicing / maintenance worksSchedule technicians' routine inspections and maintenance worksHandle inter-tenancy fitting out works / reinstatements worksConduct safety briefings for all contractors and techniciansUpdate the ISO

  • documentations & assist Manager for the audits.In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety mattersReview the Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessment from time to time to ensure a safe and healthy environmentReview the Standard Operating Procedures e.g. emergency response proceduresAttend to tenants' feedback / requests promptlyUpdate M & E drawingRequirementsDiploma in Building services / M & E Engineering with min 2 years of working experience in managing office building or ITE certificate in M & E course with min 5 years of relevant working experienceAble to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M & E term contractorsPreferably with good practical knowledge in ISO
