About the Role - Korero mo te Turanga
As a part time Executive Coordinator within Te Uru Rakau - New Zealand Forest Service (Te Uru Rakau), your primary focus is to provide high-level support to a Director : helping them be effective with their time, support communications, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role could be perfect for someone re-entering the workforce, working school hours, or looking for a role that fits around other commitments.
This role is not just adminstrative, you'll be thinking ahead, scanning for what matters, and helping shape the Director's day with confidence and context.
You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team environment where your organisational skills and ability to take the lead will be valued.
You'll work closely with other Directors and Executive Coordinators as well as engaging with other agencies and departments in a dynamic, complex environment.

You'll bring experience in office coordination or administration within a fast-paced, complex environment, ideally in government.

You're confident prioritising tasks, pushing back when needed, and helping shape how the day unfolds.
You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable using the M365 suite of tools.
