This role is for a detail-oriented professional with a background in Business Analysis who will partner across the business to translate regulatory obligations into practical solutions, support remediation efforts, and ensure accurate reporting to protect customer trust and strengthen our risk posture.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for keeping compliance frameworks and risk registers accurate, current, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Translate regulatory obligations into practical solutions and partner across the business to implement them.
  • Support remediation efforts and ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Leverage analytical skills to identify trends, test assumptions, and generate insights.

Qualifications

  • Formal training and experience as a Business Analyst, with strong skills in documentation and process mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Analytical capability to identify trends, test assumptions, and generate insights.
  • Clear communication skills to explain compliance and risk issues across technical and business audiences.
