  • Permanent, Full Time or Part Time Roles available up to 1.2 FTE

  • About the Role
  • Right now, we arelooking for a Registered Nurse(s) with lots of compassion and an interest inmental health to become part of the team here in Timaru.You will join ourInpatient multidisciplinary team, who use the - Strengths Model - approach toassist client recovery.
  • We hope you will make a difference in this positiveteam environment, where initiative is rewarded with active support allowing forhigh standards of service delivery.The role includesresponsibility for inpatient clients identified with moderate to severepsychiatric disorders who are in the acute stage, requiring a period of closeobservation & / or intensive intervention where this is unable to be safelyprovided in the community.

    Input into comprehensive clinical assessmentsand the development of recovery / treatment plans is required.

  • About You
  • You will be a Registered Nurse with mental health experience and someone whoenjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
