We are currently seeking Onsite Support Engineers in and around Tokoroa, New Zealand to assist our clients on a Part time and on-call basis.
Key Responsibilities
Perform break-fix support for desktops, laptops (Windows / macOS), iMacs, and POS devices.
Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components (HDD, RAM, motherboard, screens, keyboards, fans, power supplies, etc.).
Provide software support including installation, OS configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and card readers.
Reimage systems using deployment tools or bootable media.
Log all activities, work hours, and part usage in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with L2 / L3 teams for escalations.
Travel to client sites within the region as required.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and track spare parts and tool inventory.
