We are looking for a reliable Civil Labourer to join our team in Hamilton.

This role is perfect for someone with a Class 1 driver's licence and some exposure to civil construction who is keen to learn and grow their skills on site.

About the role

You will be working on a range of civil construction tasks, including :

Site prep and general labouring

Spotting machinery and assisting operators

Digging holes with spades

Operating small tools and equipment

Driving (Class 1 licence as required)

Maintaining health and safety on site

What we're looking for

Current Full Class 1 Driver's Licence

Some civil exposure (earthworks, roading, drainage, etc.)

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Occasionally have work outside the region.

Ability to work in all weathers (Civil is a rain-or-shine industry)
