Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager required to join the team of a commercial main contractor in Tauranga to help deliver new projects due to kick off in early 2026.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in running commercial construction projects up to $15 / $20 million.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of the project cycle, from early design and build engagement through to completion.
• Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling, including critical path project management.
• Experience working alongside QS teams to ensure procurement aligns with budget and programmed works.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate site teams, including site managers, supervisors, and workforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental policies, with a commitment to implementation and compliance.
• Ability to ensure builds are in alignment with consented drawings and project specifications.
• Collaborative approach to work with teams to develop construction methodologies in alignment with program and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Salary : $130,000 to $150,000 + Vehicle depending on experience.
