With innovation and customer satisfaction driving every project, they pride themselves on their 40+ years in the construction and housing industry.OverviewWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.ResponsibilitiesProject planning and coordinationScheduling and organising meetings and activities for projectsPreparing and maintaining all project documentation, risk registers and status reportsAssisting with the allocation of project resourcesSupporting Project Managers with quality reviews and auditsPreparing and processing invoices and purchase ordersMonitoring project budgets and expenditureParticipating in post project reviews and process improvementsQualifications2+ years' experience in project coordination or administrationImpressive organisational and time management abilityOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with budgeting and expense trackingProven problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA collaborative and innovative approachBenefits and OpportunitiesThis family-owned business offers a great team culture, the ability to continue learning and the possibility of career advancement.

Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project or similar) is advantageous.
