We’re looking for a fun, organised, and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to take the lead on creating an outstanding office environment that makes every day better for our people and visitors.

This is a brand‑new role and a chance to make your mark. We’re moving to a state‑of‑the‑art building in Auckland’s most innovative precinct in early 2026, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how our workplace operates – starting with a blank canvas. From creating a welcoming front‑of‑house experience to embedding processes that drive collaboration and efficiency, this is your opportunity to own something special.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go‑to person for all things office – creating a warm, professional front‑of‑house experience.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Support events, meetings, and activities that bring our people together.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to make our workplace productive, safe, and fun.
  • Help us transition to our new building and design workflows that support growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least two years’ experience in office coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • A love for solving problems and making things better every day
  • Energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun – you enjoy connecting with people and building a positive workplace culture
