Grower and Technical Manager

A respected kiwifruit postharvest company is seeking a Growth & Technical Manager to join its senior leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, the position leads strategic, performance, and technical initiatives to support continued business development.

This position offers variety, influence, and the chance to make a measurable impact. You’ll combine your technical know-how with commercial awareness, turning insights into actions that lift performance across the business.

In this role, you will :

• Transform orchard, packhouse, and export data into insights that enhance operational performance and grower outcomes
• Create and refine reporting tools that support smart, timely decision‑making
• Build strong relationships with growers and lead initiatives to secure new supply
• Champion system enhancements and provide support to lab and technical teams
• Step up as the GM’s trusted second‑in‑command, contributing to strategy and day‑to‑day operational delivery
