Key Responsibilities
- A range of tasks geared towards software development and LIMS system support.
- Conducting business‑as‑usual tasks and project work.
- Problem solving, analysis, user‑centric design and technical form design & build.
- Deliver value to the business by working with stakeholders, business analysts and the other LIMS development team members in an agile manner.
- Collaboration with other IT teams.
Key Requirements
Prior experience in an Applications Support Analyst role or working in a Commercial Laboratory environment, using LabWare or another LIMS.Strong computer literacy plus a friendly and professional phone & email manner.Good analytical and methodical problem‑solving skills.Self‑motivated and able to be productive working unsupervised.A tertiary qualification in IT and background in science will be advantageous.Key Benefits
