As a Banking Consultant in our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting everyday banking needs, building trusted relationships, and guiding customers through simple and sometimes life-changing financial decisions.

Whether it's assisting with a quick transaction or introducing someone to our digital tools, you'll make banking feel approachable and easy.

Deliver friendly, hands-on support across everyday banking activities

Listen to what matters most to each customer and tailor your service to suit

Share your knowledge of our banking tools and digital services

Role Hours : Monday to Friday (31.5 hours per week)

No two days will be the exact same, but you'll always be supported by a close-knit team and friendly environment.

Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking needs

Have meaningful conversations to understand what matters to each customer

Introduce digital banking tools in a way that feels simple and empowering

Guide customers through opening accounts, updating details, or exploring new products

  • What will you bring?
  • To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

    Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage

    Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage

    Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity

    Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

    Sound understanding of compliance

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
