Overview

We\'re looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our Manawa Bay store—someone who\'s passionate about empowering women, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, and driving success with a high performing team.

This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week). Shift pattern : Tuesday-Wednesday 9.45am–6pm; Thursday-Friday 9.45am–7pm; Saturday 9.45am–5.15pm.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Running the daily operations of your store—leading, coaching & inspiring your team
Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12 week training programme
Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
