Clinical Records Administrator North Shore HospitalPermanent, full time role Monday to FridayHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleAs a Clinical Records Administrator, youll play a vital role in delivering essential services to the hospital, underpinned by the accurate and timely management of patient health information.Youll be responsible for the tracking, sorting, filing, digitisation and release of clinical records, ensuring privacy, and accessibility for both clinicians and patients.This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and is comfortable with a degree of physical activity.
Each day, youll follow prioritised workflows, maintain high standards of accuracy, and support the seamless processing of both paper and digital records within our hybrid clinical environment.
