Description of the assignment

The Senior Building Services Engineer defines and distributes the scope of work to ensure that the project is executed safely, on time, and with appropriate quality. They are responsible for delivering design and engineering solutions that meet technical specifications.

Key Accountabilities

• Developing designs and documentation to satisfy technical specifications
• Producing design deliverables throughout the project
• Checking and approving discipline-specific design deliverables
• Contributing to design and safety reviews
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of design documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety legislation, industry codes, standards, and regulations
• Developing cost-effective technical solutions
• Staff development
• Managing safety and promoting safety culture
• Managing contractors
• Providing technical consultancy
• Supporting site surveys, installation, and commissioning activities
