Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our Special Education Department, working with around 35 to 40 ORS funded secondary school learners.

Responsibilities and leadership

The successful candidate will champion inclusive practices, manage a team of specialists, and collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to support students with disabilities and learning differences.

The ability to lead the team of staff and develop individual programmes to suit learner needs are key characteristics of this position.

Experience working in Learning Support or with ORS funded students would be advantageous.
