You'll travel within the Whangarei region to support clients in their homes or workplaces, guiding them through recovery, rehabilitation, and the journey back to independence.
You'll assess functional capacity, deliver tailored interventions, and collaborate closely with whanau, employers, and referrers.

What You'll Do Conduct community-based OT and workplace assessments.
Support clients post-injury or illness through their return-to-work journey.
Deliver education, training, and rehabilitation programs to promote independence.
Collaborate with whanau, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Manage your caseload with confidence and autonomy while contributing to a close-knit team.
